Great location Sydney Hotel

Checking in was great as we were met with a very nice accommodating female front office staff ... The location is awesome and you can practically walk to all the tourist places. The drawbacks: upon check out, the male front office staff was cold and unaccommodating. I also left my phone charger in the room but no one bothered to return it to us even though we had to leave our bags at the concierge since we had a later flight

Clean, well maintained and central location

I stayed here with some friends so we could go to the sydney mardi gras parade. On arrival the staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy.
There is no dedicated parking for this hotel but the world square carpal is very close by and the hotel offers a really good deal on 24hr parking.
The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were lovely and comfy and the shower was great.
The only negatives were that the lighting was really quite poor and there was almost no natural light either but if you aren't spending a lot of time in the room it would be ok.
The bar/ restaurant downstairs was nice as well.
The rate was pretty reasnoble for an inner city hotel.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and would probably stay there again because everything was so convenient

Fantastic location, shopping, theatres, park adn transport all conveniently located. We drove into the city beware the confusion of two Metro hotels in Pitt Street.
Nightlife Tip:
Check out what is on at the State Theatre just around the corner we saw a great show only on for one night

Great location but small room
Great and convenient location

Metro hotel on Pitt has a great and convenient location to George Street. The room type we stayed is double room. It is a bit dim and small but the bathroom is clean and better than expected compared to the room. The staff people are friendly and service with a smile.

Our stay was a pleasant one. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are a lot of Korean restaurant nearby, convenient for those whose love korean food.
