Checking in was great as we were met with a very nice accommodating female front office staff ... The location is awesome and you can practically walk to all the tourist places. The drawbacks: upon check out, the male front office staff was cold and unaccommodating. I also left my phone charger in the room but no one bothered to return it to us even though we had to leave our bags at the concierge since we had a later flight
