Had a good night sleep and enjoyed the relaxed feel of the place. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Comfortable and modern. We didnt try the brekky but I am sure it was good. Would definitely recommend for a casual break. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Whale Beach and Jonahs for dinner - special. Have brekky at the Boat House Palm Beach fanastic find on the pittwater. Beautiful area in all.
Joan H. Families with older children Australia, September 23, 2012	Great location to attend on-site wedding. Service/catering excellent 9 Tranquil vista across Pittwater. Staff ensured my niece's nuptials went off without a hitch. Wedding menu was delicious. Special thanks to young Gordon who went out of his way to help me, (I was in pain and could hardly walk post-surgery). Swimming in the pool was therapeutic. Fri/Sat night events wound up at 2200 so I slept soundly but some complained that they couldn't due to band/crowd at adjacent Newport Arms Hotel. Meanwhile others were delighted to party on there after reception. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Sneak a hand line into your luggage if you like fishing as there are adjacent jetties. Yachties could easily stay for some R&R if they can secure a mooring here. Five minutes drive to easily-accessible Newport Beach and Robertson St Cafes. Ten minutes to Palm Beach ferries, cafes and Barrenjoey Lighthouse walk. On-site parking. Bus to city and Palm Beach. Why not take a round trip on the Ettalong Ferry, (half hour each way)
