David D. Couples Australia, March 24, 2013	Perfect for a flying visit from interstate the view. The View. The View. 7.7 Certainly suited us for a fly-in visit. The room was comfortable except for the bed! Too many doonas and things on top of the mattress, which made it very soft. We were on 4th floor. Hotel is above North Sydney train station, but even tho we could hear the occasional train, it didn't worry us. But everything is forgotten when you look out at the view over Lavender Bay, towards the Bridge and the CBD. North Sydney CBD is also quite extensive.

Availability of parking. 7 This is an excellent middle quality hotel with great views of the Harbour, especially from the upper floors. Although in North Sydney it is literally on top of the train line and Sydney Central or Circular Quay are each only three short stops away. For light sleepers the nearness of the trains can be a disadvantage!

Groups China, March 10, 2013	Only one day stay but amazing experience the staff are so nice; the location is very convenient and good view; the room is big and clean 9.3 The subway station is only 1 min away, so very convenient to go around the city. There is also a taxi stop in front of the hotel. Very real and nice view of the habor bridge and sea. Room is clean and big.Very comfortable bed.The staff are so nice. I want to send my special appreciation to asst. manager David who helped me when I left a set of documents behind. With his help, my tour in AU becomes just perfect.

Local shops and restaurants were better than the hotel. You have to pay for parking which is unreasonable when you are paying a lot of money for the room. The lifts were being renovated and left us waiting for awhile. THe view is spectacular from all harbour views

Ordered room service an the food was great. Very romantic setting and beautiful rooms. Didn't bother us to much but the only down side would have to be the train line that runs under the hotel. Was a little bit noisy. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Luna park and the harbour bridge are only a short distance away. Also the train is a 2 min walk from the hotel
