Excellent location, nice standing A little noisy at night due to night clubs surrounding The overall experience was good. The hotel location is perfect, not far from the chinese complex, darling harbour, QVB, etc. everything is at a walking distance variable in between 5 to 15 mn. or even the skytrain will take you anywhere you want. As for the hotel itself, staff are very welcoming, rooms are nice although a little noisy at night and especially over weekends because of night clubds surrounding the area.

Hotel was: clean, good location for the city, has a good bar and good service. Need better points program with other international rewards program. The Novotel Rockford Darling Hotel Hotel Sydney is a really good hotel. The staff is friendly as well as very helpful. The downstairs bar was nice and even held the Sydney Slasa communities practice dance night which had numerous beautiful dancers. The hotel is clean and conviently located to the Exhibition Center, Darling Harbor attractions (wildlife park and aqurium) and resturants) as well as the spanish and chinese sections of sydney. Was a very pleasant stay.
Shopping Tip : The "flea market" is open from Thursday to Sunday, has inexpensive gifts and clothes.

Great Hotel for Darlind Harbour as you are there. Novotel Rockford @ Darling Harbour. We stayed for three nigh while attending the Hair Expo held at one of the Expo halls at Darling Harbour. The hotel is great as there are no roads to cross. They have a great pub, (Always welcome after standing on your feet all day) & a restaurant. Paddys markets are opposite & China town just up the road. The room is pleasant & the beds comfy. I will stay here again.
Travel tip : Wonderful hotel to stay, near Paddys market, China town & Theaters.

Location aside its a barely OK hotel but with service levels that really need attantion. Probably OK for folks on vacation who have time and dont need to work to normal business hours but for business travellers beware unless yopu like standing in line for long periods of time

Excellent Location, really clean, modern rooms, great breakfast, cheap Internet in lobby. A few blocks away there are night clubs. At 2-4am, when people are going home, they made much noise outside the building and the sound carries and disturbs sleepers. This hotel is super modern and clean. The staff was friendly and the concierge had great tips and answered all our questions. The pool was refreshing and best of all, free. The breakfast buffet was awesome. At the time I stayed here, the breakfast was included in my rate. If staying at this hotel and breakfast is included, go for it as the cost is approximately $25 per person.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Be sure not to miss the Wildlife Park right at Darling Harbor.

Quiet location, easily accessible, comfortable lobby, with indoor swimming pool. The price is slightly expensive. Very good location, a hotel, adjacent to Darling Harbor and interpretation center, the vast hinterland of China Garden, quiet, convenient, comfortable lobby, indoor swimming pool are free. During the event, price is good. Nevertheless, our stay was too short and not fully enjoy the comfort of the hotel. For a lot of spare any, and the expectations of the hotel to have complete self-service facilities, friends, may not be suitable.
