very nice hotel with great location
clean, 5 minute distance of Darling Harbor, all kitchenware equipped
9.3
only 5 minute walking distance from Darling Harbor where beautiful attraction area of Sydney. Oven, dishes, knifes and all kind of kitchenware was equipped inside room, so our family cooked by ourselves and it was great experience!
But it is little bit not easy to find first time.
Also I had attacked by mosquitos while I sleeping at night, so you'd better prepare anti-bug scent like things before....
Anyway I highly reccommend other traveller of any kind of groups.

Great location big rooms but needs revamp
2 min walk to tram, monorail and 3 min to darling harbour and short walk to centre of Sydney city
7.3
worst missing feature is the cost of wifi $10 per hour which is ridiculous when you consider the cost. it should be free. good news is there is internet in the coffee shop downstairs and at darling harbour. cleaning done daily which is good and staff are friendly. also close to sydney casino.
Hotel Feature Tip:
go to a local supermarket (there are 2 3 min walk) and buy laundry and brekky needs and you can save a lot of money on laundry and breakfast needs.

Great location but needs sound proofing
Convenient location to Darling Harbour and CBD
7.3
Our room phone didn't work so of the 3 occasions we needed Reception, we had to call from our mobile but Reception rang out each time. So we had to go downstairs on each occasion and had to wait in line for approx 15min each time to be served. When we raised the phone issue they didn't seem to care about it.
The hotel is definitely close to everything but unfortunately from about 5am when people start getting up, the noise from the main corridor echoes quite loudly. There were tradesman commencing work from 6am right outside our door so ladders scraping, drills going, and loud discussions carried right through our room.
Despite the great location, not sure if I'd stay here again to be honest.

Surprise
Loved the rooms were not near windows for road noise
7.7
I had read a lot about the apartments before we stayed and a lot of comments were not good, so we were pleasantly surprised at the room and service. Maybe because we were on level 11, we could not hear cars and had a lovely view of the harbour. Would definitely stay there again
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try and get a high floor for the stay and be aware if in an apartment there is no supermarket nearby

Nice Comfy room
close to monorail, historical facade
10
We found accommodation comfy, close to monorail and car park. Suited our purpose as we do the "tourist" things and only need accommodation for sleeping and making a cuppa etc. Loved the historical facade of the Goldsborough/Smith/Mort wool store era.

great location and spsacious living area
close to Darling Harbour and surrounds and public transport, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms and living area.
6.7
we were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment so spacious - with separate living and dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen. another plus is, the rooms are serviced daily - hence the apartment is fresh and clean despite signs of wear and tear.
but getting our suitcases down the steep steps to the bedrooms was a bit of a challenge for two 60-somethings so we were glad our adult sons were with us.
the location is fantastic - the hotel's second level walkway to harbourside mall, darling harbour, tram stop and monorail station means food, shops and tourist destinations are all within easy reach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Most attractions are within walking distance but trams are a cheap and convenient way to go further afield.

Great location and a lovely apartment
proximity to Darling Harbour
7.3
The Oaks Goldsbrough looks like a huge warehouse and the areas outside the rooms look quite weird; somewhat like a prison wing I imagine. Yet the apartment was excellent with fantastic views over Darling harbour. I reckon I would stay here again mainly for its location. The monorail & light rail stations were within 5 mins walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do the Harbour Bridge climb.
Take a ferry to Manly or Watsons Bay.
Go to the Blue Mountains.

Great location and wonderful facilities
Near to the fish market and darling harbour
8.7
Great location and it has all the facilities. However, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable.
Would be better if the parking is free.
