Dissapointing. Unreliable staff false offers

Very dissappointing. They downgraded our room type due to overbooking and staff lied to cover up. Had to pay for parking when it says free parking upon booking. Will never go back there or recommend it to anybody.

As it was over Easter there was limited housekeeping and we were responsible for our own rooms.
Overall the rooms were clean but appeared tired and worn a face lift would be welcome

not the best, but not the worst. 3* hotel, within a major city. Could be more attentive staff. Probably see hundreds of people on business call through the hotel daily. Us on the other hand like to integrate with the staff, however they kept themselves to themselves and were not over the top helpful. Great location to sydney harbour and Darling harbour was 2 min walk. recommend for quick trip

Excellent. The staff were very helpful from the time we arrived. The lady at check in even kept our bags in the office while i could find 24hr parking near the motel that she also directed me too.

Great Hotel for seeing the city

The Oaks Goldsbrough Apartments was a great place to spend our holiday in Sydney. It was a perfect location in Darling Harbour to see all the sites. The room was large and clean and very comfortable. The added laundry services in the room were a great added amenity. However, the pool and hot tub were quite lacking as the pool is a small lap pool and the hot tub did not get very hot. Also, I required wifi in the room for my work and therefore bought the package through the hotel. The package was extraordinarily expensive and was very very slow. I would not recommend purchasing this add-on. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and we would recommend these apartments to others.
