We booked this hotel because it looked really good on the website. Unfortunately the two bedroom suite we had was in need of painting and a general update. Both bedrooms were noisy - the front room due to traffic noise from the main road below and the small twin bedroom at the back due to the noise of people partying and loud music. Both bedrooms were very small although each had very large storage space.
The parking was located across the street where it was difficult to access the hotel except via stairs whilst carrying luggage.

Very quiet,great room,incredible historic building

we only stayed for one night. i would return for another stay.i found the building quite amazing.it would be nice to learn some of the building's history.access to car park was good.close to attractions.room catered to our needs.we had a great night.i have given the name of hotel to my sister who was looking for accommodation in sydney.

Perfect location & nice and good size rooms
The building has it's history, which is sensitively merged with the hotel.

First room we got had a harbour view, however a few stairs inside the apartment. So we asked for replacement and got a little bigger room on the other side of the hotel. It has small balcony, which we enjoyed. The only issue is just three elevators and no stair access. So we were always waiting for the lift.

nice studio apartment, in a pretty good area of sydney - darling harbour. walk to darling harbour is not far and it opens up options for food and things to do as well as walking further into the heart of the city. the building and walking inside makes you think your in a prison or a pen, but once you step inside the modernism shines through and actually its not a bad place to stay for a few day. clean modern and nice place to relax. the price really shines through, no where else in sydney can you get this price.

We enjoyed a very relaxed stay at the Oaks Goldsborough Apartments. The unit was clean & well designed for comfortable living. Atmosphere was friendly. Very handily located, Darling Harbour was readily accessible. Pool was a great way to cool off & unwind after a full day's activities on & around the harbour.

A nice hotel very close to Harbourside in Darling Harbour. The location is fantastic if that is were you going. It is, of course, a bit far from Circular Quay, Opera House and such things. It is very close to lots of restaurants, casino, bars, etc. The room was spacious. The hotel seem a little bit old, so it's not a very trendy high-end hotel, but still very nice. No complaints and would recommend it.
