Everything about this hotel is average.
Location to the city, nightclubs and shops.

The hotel is very average at best. But im guessing you get what you pay for. When we checked in and asked for parking they told us they had no room to park my car which made thing very difficult. Told us we should have booked parking beforehand so beware.
Our room was quiet big but very average decor. The door also did not shut properly and we ended up having to get another room which was smaller. Not too happy. The rooms are very noisy too so if you want a quiet night in I would not recommend this hotel.
All in all the hotel was ok but there are a number of better options in the Sydney CBD and Darlinghurst area which I woul head to before this one.

It was great. Had no issues, bathroom a little small but the balcony over Hyde park/Oxford st was great.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. We are impressed with the top quality of the hotel staff. They are very helpful and professional. The design of the hotel is slightly dated. The thing that we dislike about this hotel is that though we had 2 rooms and a big hall, we only had 1 toilet.
The hotel is very near to China Town and Darling Habour. We moved around sydney's city with ease without needing a car.

Very friendly staff at the counter, great central location. Rooms were very large and clean and comfortable. Tv was a little small, but a kitchen was good for cooking breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised by the facilities!

After reading all the negative reviews we expected a bad experience. However it was just the opposite. We were given a studio on he top floor. It had a washing machine, dish washer,
microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, LCD TV and video player. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The linen was newish and good quality. The large balcony overlooked Hyde park. It was quiet and the staff were very professional. Good value when compared to nearby hotels.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
