Location and the fact that it has an en-suite small kitchen.
Room and hotel conditions (very old), poor customer service, no internet and no relevant TV channels.
Very expensive for the service that is provided. Very old bathrooms, run down, old rooms, TV channels selection very poor (no major international news channel), customer service orientation of the reception staff very poor, no breakfast, no internet hotspot in the hotel area or possibility to pay for internet services in the room. Do not recommend it at all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : All major attractions located in Sydney city centre are within walking distance.

Good location that satified my expectation as I normally like to stay at the hotel where is close to anything, shopping mall, nightlife, public transportation,etc and this hotel is also right next from the park.
A little bit too old, not that comfortable for the lobby and elevator is too slow.Not enough when so many guests at the hotel.
