Great location in the heart of the city
Rooms little bitt noisy facing the street..
The park Regis has an excellent loaction. Easy to get to at top of city. Supermarket down road, McDonalds across road, coffeee shop next door, China town 3 blocks away. Rooms are somewhat small but for short 1-2 day business stay its fine.

Staff was excellent, location is great! I ould recomend this hotel to all my friends visiting Sydney.
Not very many TV chanels, then again your in Sydney who wants to watch TV anyway.
My visit to Sydney was half business trip and half pleasure. I visited during very busy week in Sydney. The staff was outstanding and willing to help with anything I needed directions, dry cleaning, Helpful hints on the town, restaurants, tourist atractions, my computer had a malfunction and they even helped find some one to look at it on a staurday evening. Louis and Tim Thank you for all your help. I will visit again thank you.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Darlin Harbour is about 7 min wailk beautyful during the day and at night.

more than too noisy; bad service and greetings; i asked for changing to a quiet room but was anwsered "no quiet rooms"; when i checked out one day in advance, i was told they would not refund me one-night rate; they were hesitated to write a confirmation that i stayed there for only one night. i stayed there for just one night but check-out paper shew that i stay there for 2 nights. it is really funny to call this place a hotel. no lobby, no lobby. if have to give it a star remark, it must be a "negative 5 star hotel".
