Small room but lovely, great location and service with a smile. The only con is the noise. Hearing a baby crying at midnight wasn't pleasant..

Try Victoria room restaurant..Awesome atmosphere and desserts!

pretty basic hotel in good location. standard rooms are very small and would need a bit of a makeover. very noisy neighborhood.
the toilet in our room leaked so we asked the reception to have it fixed while we went sightseeing. when we came back we could see that somebody had started working on the flush and had take it apart - but had left without putting it back together. we informed the reception desk and they immediately put us in a different room with an upgrade. while something like this should really not happen, at least the reaction of the front desk staff was very good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
running the Harbor Bridge in the morning;
the Sydney Tower in the Westfield Shopping Mall

I enjoyed staying here as it was clean and cool, the service was fantastic and the people that helped us were of a great nature. I will stay here again in the future and looking forward to going back again when I visit. All in all nothing to complain about, I recommend this to anyone.

the hotel is surrounded by many kind of intrest.. just name it.. Town Hall Station is just beside the hotel and it's one of the main station. sydney tower is just across the building. darling habour it's just 20 mins walk. sightseeing bus is just across bus stop. so no complain, shopping mall you can just pick and choos from the most expensive one like LV, Gucci and many others until the standard brand like Zara and apple store.
But at night a bit noise you can here from below people shouting(drunk mate) and hons of cars..
overall the services was excellent. its very recomended to stay here in Sydney!

This was a great hotel to stay at, although we only stayed for a night there was so much to admire. The view of Hyde park was amazing, the beds were comfy and the staff were very accommodating. All up it was a great stay and a lovely room for such a cheap price
Restaurant Tip:
World bar is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and it has great food as well as a lot of things to look at
