Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Well situated hotel but small bathroom
9.3
A very good hotel which is well positioned to walk into town and has a taxi rank across the road. The rooms are clean though the bathroom area is small. This is balanced by the convenience of its location. The staff are polite and helpful and nothing was a problem.
Travel tip:
The hotel does not actually have a kitchen but there are many places nearby where food can be accessed.

Reasonable hotel price in the center of the city - we walked to all major attractions and also major access to metro and bus stops.

Beds are comfortable and located at a convenient location. However, it is extremely noisy to stay at rooms facing the main road, even when we are on the 15th floor. Couldn't sleep well.

Simple hotel in the middle of Sydney city
7
Comparatively affordable hotel at a convenient location - short walk to Chinatown and Darling Harbour, and a slightly longer walk to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Easy access to public transport - close to Town Hall and Museum train stations, and buses along the arterial road of George Street. Rooms are decent but the toilet shower curtain ought to be changed to glass or something more functional. The water sprays practically made the whole toilet floor wet.

OKish if you dont plan to sleep much
Nice decor, good central location

The room had been niceley refurbished and looked good initially. The bathroom was very small but just manageable although i nearly lost my toilet bag down the toilet several times. Check in was slow as one poor girl storing bags and checking people in and out.
But the worst point of all was single glazed windows and broken sad curtains. The room was so noisy and as bright as the Kings Cross sign at the end of the road from dawn. Double eye pathches and ear plugs just couldnt do the trick.
Paying to look after my bag whilst I had breakfast topped the cake.
Travel tip:
Close to Town Hall Station and Pitt St.
