Please note that reception hours are: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 9:00 pm, Friday & Saturday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This must be noted in the 'special request' section during booking. Guests who are expecting to arrive outside reception hours must contact the property prior to arrival. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation Please note that car parking is AUD $25 per day and needs to be booked in advance due to limited availability. Guests who are arriving by car should contact the property directly before arriving using the contact details found in the booking confirmation. Please note that bookings made over New Years Eve are subject to the following policy:
All guests must present a valid credit card upon arrival. An amount will be held on this credit card as a security bond for the return of keys and to cover any incidental costs that may occur. Any guests arriving without a credit card or a credit card with no funds available will have their reservation cancelled with no refund. Please note that EFTPOS or Cash Cards are not credit cards and will not be accepted. Children and extra beds:- Guests over 12 years old are considered as adults.

The apartments were well equipped and of reasonable size. Good cooking facilities including a dishwasher was provided. The washing machine had been recently replaced with a model that didn't include a drying cycle which was a nuisance. The air conditioning unit was noisey and had to be turned off when watching TV or sleeping. Car parking at $25/day was expensive, however parking on side streets was available. The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose this accommodation because it was in the area we needed to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for exploring Sydney with a car

We had a car, so needed something which was close in to town, but access for us to either train or car (or ferry). This was a great location and price was right!
On arrival the reception had closed 5min early, so we needed to ring the after hours number. No problems at all with checkin and the rooms were great. Clean and larger than expected. Kitchen was used and all was fine.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Zoo is very close by!

Whilst the hotel was ok we would not stay here again due to distance from airport (and taxi cost). Hotel felt old and tired. Lots of resteraunts etc though in local vicinity.
