The place was great. Very near to famous shopping area and very close to train station. Nice room, clean environment, comfortable bed, nice staff, good service. Worth it to stay.

The valet parking porter was extremely helpful in guiding us to drive to the front of the hotel using the narrow right turn lane from Sussex street. The Sydney traffic flow system is difficult. Information about this would be useful in any information given to guests who are driving to the hotel independently.

I would stay here again if I needed to be close to Darling Harbour. I was fortunate to have had an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Nice clean rooms with good sizes bathroom.
