the bed was soooo soft and comfy, awseome pillow, shower wasnt that great tho and the air conditioning was terrible, the staff were brilliant tho, and they gave us a 1pm check out which was extreamly generous!

Stayed one night, it is very well located for events at the showground or homebush park. Best points were the bed which was very comfortable and the fact that they can give you a pass for the aquatic centre to do some laps. It is rated a five star hotel and the rooms are although a couple of small things let them down - when I asked for a cup for my room for tea (as there wasn't one)I was given a dirty cup with the suggestion that I wash it (which I was happy to do, but not what you would normally expect). Also a bit under staffed at the front desk. But most importantly a very comfortable nights sleep and a reasonable price on agoda.

The hotel was very nice and clean, 5 star.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and modern and very clean. Great location if visiting Olympic park.

Great Stay so close to sporting centre

Was a great stay only a couple of 100 metres from ANZ Stadium Allphones Arena. Very close to the restruarts. Within walking distance to the train station. The staff where fabulous, friendly & very willing to help with directions. Really enjoyed our time there & would definately return to stay.

Thought the price charged should have included the parking fee.
Suggest if parking is required a voucher should be issued when confirmation of booking is made as having to enter the hotel first is not always convenient as parking near the hotel is not always accessible.
