Accessibility to city, great can-do attitude of all staff
Was traveling through and decided to stay here. The staff displayed some of the best service I have seen, very attentive and had a can-do attitude. Even when I had a problem getting internet to do what I needed it to do, the manager stayed with me and dealt with the provider until the issue was resolved. I am staying here again on my way back out due to the service I received. Thank you.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Within walking distance to Opera House and Harbor Bridge.

Fantastic quality, well appointed suites
The reception area is not very sumptuous
I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husband for our wedding anniversary. The suite was beautiful, really clean and well appointed. It was a shame we weren't staying longer. This hotel is ideally placed for sightseeing and shopping - excellent!
Nightlife Tip : Cocktails in the top floor of the Shangri-la before retiring to bed! Go to LG floor in the Shangri-la lift and the Quay West Suites are almost directly opposite the door.
