access to city, friendly staff
very friendly staff. easy to book transport to airport; large room well equipped with all necessary facilities - a bit noisy with street activities late on saturday night - probably not an issue at other nights. Will book it again when in sydney
Restaurant Tip : capitain torres spanish restaurant

location looks from the outside a bit seedy...but the inside is WOW!
out of 12 hotels stayed at in Australia this winter this was the tops...and we stayed at nice places. the room had great facilities, nice balcony, great kitchen gear, very spacious bathroom and freebies and very friendly staff who also helped us store our bags for free for the day while we looked around the city...all round an excleeklnt place..so good we went out of our way to find the Quest in Townsville which was also good value. Better to get an aprtament than a hotel room. Well done Quest!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : sydney bridge, opera house and definitely do the 2 hour cruise with tea around the harbour...takes you right out to the ocean...good value.

The staff were extremely friendly and offered great advice on places to visit. They also took time to help us out with a few problems. The room was large, clean and had everything for a comfortable stay - and FREE LAUNDRY!!!!!
The hotel could be a little noisy at night with people coming and
going, but as it was over the Christmas period so i'm guessing it
was booked to capacity. No pool.
We enjoyed our stay at Dixon on Darling Harbour. The staff were
excellent and extremely helpful. The room was large, clean with all
the facilities required. Some of the rooms had lovely balconies with
tables and chairs for a nice evening drink or a relaxing breakfast.
We would definitely stay there again if we visit Sydney in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel was located well for shopping, restaurants (China Town)
and all the rail stop!

Near to places of interest - Darling habour, Chinatown\nProvided baby cot as requested\nFully equipped kitchenet\nAccommodating staff
Average toiletry fittings\nsmall TV\n\n
Quest at Dixon is located near to many tourist spots as it is located near Darling harbour. Some tourist areas include sydney aquarium, wildlife, chinatown. You may also take the cruise to the Circular bay from Darling harbour. \n\nThe room is big enough to accommodate 2 adults and a baby cot easily. The kitchenet is well equipped with electrical stove and kettle. The place is also well-kept and clean.\n\nEven though I turn up around 11 - 12 am, about 2 - 3 hours before check in time, the staff was happy to accommodate us by giving us the room early.\n\nAs this is self-catering apartment, there is no food/dining provided. However, the supermarket, shops and dining near by will more than enough meet most needs.\n\nToilet fittings and toiletries provides are average and cannot be compared to hotels.\nTV is also small, not that it mattered since you will probably be touring around instead of watching TV. :)\n\n

General cleaner, try to correct the bad smell. Someone in the reception constinuosly or almost to assit to you quick
We don´t like the hotel because there is not someone in the reception from 7 pm ans if you have a problem, just for sure you have to spend more than one houer outside and spending more than ten calls to recive any answer. It is well located but It´s smell realy bad and It´s not enough clean
