The rooms are very new, well appointed and comfortable. Desk service was terrible. The managers also seem to be struggling with the concept that they run a hotel. Be careful when you check in, the staff spoke very little english and they took a photocopy of my credit card. They seemed to be confused when I insisted that they tear it up and use the credit card machine pre authorisation if they wanted security. ALso the car park and the hotel operated seperately so you couldnt charge parking to your room and had to pay cash to the car park attendant.
The rooms are new and spacious.

Very convenient apartment for visitor to play in SYD, just a few mins to Central Station and CBD.
So many travel tools to choose, e.g. monorail, lightrail, buses... (but you've to note the costs)
Very clean and good in-room services.
Value for money, you will go there and live again next time. if you live in lower level, you can only see the office in front of you and you will see they are working inside. Good apartments, very comfortable, value for money, convenient place, good for travllers

Well equiped, contemporary style apartment
Coles supermarket across the road very convenient for incidental shopping needs.
Staff all very approachable and willing to assist with any enquiry. Traffic & hotel patron's noise is noticable if you sleep with your balcony door The apartment is well suited for either short or long stays. Full kitchen facilities give you the option to dine in on evenings to help reduce costs & allows you to cook a lazy brunch. Full laundry facilities in your apartment are excellent if you prefer to travel light and still take long trips.

Central location, new and well-equipped, nice bathroom, attractively decorated Building site nearby was noisy quite early in the morning The Quest Apartments only opened in October 2008 and still look brand new. The 6th floor studio apartment where I stayed was comfortable and featured a well-equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. While small, the bathroom was attractive with a large shower recess. Toiletries and a hairdryer were supplied. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in a little early. I would certainly stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : The World Square centre across the road has a number of cafes, including one on the street level which featured a variety of cheap but tasty breakfast items.

Excellent accomodation, really surprised with quality and space. Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious and included everything you would want from a service appartment. Great views from the windows and very well maintained. Wish I could stay in such an appartment all the time.
The reception staff were very helpful and efficient and plenty of literature on the area was made available.
Excellent. Really really happy. Will use Quest World again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great literature on tours of blue mountains.

The hotel was brand new and so centrally located that you could easily walk to anyplace in Sydney. High end appliances, bathroom fixtures and furniture made our room a home away from home. None. If it works, don't fix it. Our Quest World Serviced Apartments located at 2 Cunningham Street was absolutely the best. Our studio apartment was beautifully furnished with quality appliances and fixtures that ensured our stay there would be a "no worries" holiday. The entire staff exceeded our expectations as did our entire week there at Quest World. Anyplace you want to go is within easy walking distance due to the wonderful location of the hotel. I would recommend Quest World Sidney if you want to enjoy a truly wonderful lodging experience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A short walk to the Chinese Garden is a great way to unwind from the flight, collect your thoughts and begin your holiday in Sydney.

Spacious, modern, very close to shops and restaurants, clean, excellent service. I would definitely recommend the Quest World Square Serviced Apartments Sydney to anyone who is looking for value without compromising quality. It is conveniently located in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful.

Location.......location..........location.\nNear theatres, Darling Harbour, Chinese Garden, Fish Market, etc., etc., etc. A noisy refridgerator in Room 702! A new apartment hotel,with everything for a comfortable stay, clean linen sheets, towels for the well appointed bathroom, even laundry detergent for the washing machine! Pots, pans,cutlery and glasses for a home made meal on the very fancy stove. And after a day of business meetings or strolling around the sights of Sydney, there is a wonderful swimming pool to relax in! Also, there is wall full of up to date brochures of many other things to see or do.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very easy access at all times of the day or night.

Best location,Reasonable rates, Very spacious Apartment. 3 of us stayed in the room but still had enough space. water did not come for 3 hours and had lot of trouble to get the right information of when water is going to come Three of us stayed at this new and trendy apartment from 17-19 October 2008. It is at great location. Very good to hang around till late night.Lot of Pubs and restaurants close by.
CHECK in and Check out were smooth.Had little difficulty for cabs to get to the location as this street and hotel are new.
