Comfortable and silent, large beds and beautiful linen, Good breakfast choice, The hotel is very central - only about 10 minutes on foot from circular quai. Complimentary wifi. Agreeable and helpful staff.
Irritating music in the public areas. Breakfast coffee somewhat tasteless.
The hotel is excellent. Carpeted rooms make for silence and we appreciated the choice of pillows. The irritating music in the public areas is becoming a big problem in so many hotels now. The complimentary wifi was efficient in our room on 4th floor (supposedly only working in lobby). The hotel is close to Pitt Street shopping and the central plaza (tower). Highly recommended with agreeable and helpful staff. Our requested alarm call did not happen!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Captain Cook Cruise around the bay.

Good location; hotel clean and modern.
Reception can get crowded.
The Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney is well located only a short walk from the Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay. It would act as a good base for those only in the city for a few days who wish to cover the key sightseeing points. It has good access to the bridge and ferries but is on a quiet side street, so I would also recommend it for those with children. The rooms are clean and well turned out, and all the staff were polite and helpful. There are lots of restaurants and bars close by.
