A good hotel with excellent location, close to shops and restaurants etc. The room was modern, had good facilities and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Good standard gym was available. The location of hotel is on main road with good access to major road network to Sydney and towards Newcastle
Choice of restaurants and shops within the vicinity of the hotel location was good. Choice of breakfast could have been better however it was adequate.
A good hotel and would definitely stay there again

We were rather disappointed with this hotel, we didn't think it worth the star rating. We could not get the national channels on the TV, no ABC or SBS which is pretty poor. Charges for internet and wifi not acceptable.
The meals at the restaurant were only just average, and didn't eat there a second time, not good value for money.
The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful but overall a disappointment.
Shopping Tip:
Good for shopping. Westfield very close by and Macquarie shopping centre not too far away.

Good location for shopping. Considering this hotel is on a very busy road, the rooms were quiet. The rooms were very clean and the towels were large and fluffy.
Very disappointed with television, no national channels!! No ABC or SBS unheard of in the metropolitan area of Sydney.
Restaurant very average, efficient staff but food very ordinary. Only ate there the once.

Within easy reach of several excellent shopping centers.
