Winning Post Bar
Open Monday to Friday and Sunday from 12noon and Saturdays from 10am.
The Winning Post Bar boasts its own TAB, juke box, golf game and large indoor and outdoor projector screen for all major sporting events. Located directly under Champs bar entry is gained from outside of the hotel. Counter meals are available daily along with a $5 lunch special Monday to Friday. Live entertainment on race day Saturdays from 5pm in the beer garden.

Clean, tidy, great staff, comfortable and good location.
This hotel was a great place to stay as we were going to a concert at Acer Arena and it was very convenient to there. It was a clean and comfortable place to stay and we found the staff to be very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we plan to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful room, spacious, well fitted with modern conveniences
There was nowhere to plug the kettle in.
Reception was welcoming and helpful. The room - 501 was well presented and spacious with a great view out of the huge glass windows/walls. Everything I required was in the room.The only difficulty I had was finding somewhere appropriate to plug the kettle in. Also a higher quality coffee would be nice.

Good location; very courteous front desk; business friendly; better overall value than most other hotels in Parrammata.
Cost for Breakfast seem extremely high; swimming pool under reconstruction and no advisement about that at time of booking. Internet costs high like most Australian hotels.
The Rydges Hotel in Parramatta offers the business traveler the best combination of value, location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. While not in the heart of downtown Parramatta, it is close enough for a short cab ride to restaurants and the nearby shopping center. The staff at the front desk are very courteous and helpful. The costs for breakfast and internet service are high, but this seems to be the norm for most hotels in Australia.
Restaurant Tip : Nice restaurants in nearby downtown Parramatta. A little too far to walk, but short cab ride.
