Small room and great location

I think the room is small and its decoration is outdated.. they are still using the old big chunky TV instead of those flat screen TV... frankly the room quality does not match with the rate they are charging... I guess all because of its location..

we stayed in a single bedroom apartment for two. It was reasonably priced (compared to everything around) and very centrally located near the world tower monorail station. excellent to explore darling harbour, city and shopping / partying on georgr street.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always there to provide warm service. The location is close to China town but with good distance so to avoid the crowd. Easy to get to anywhere. There's a shopping centre with access to the hotel. very convenient.

we had a neat clean and tidy room perfect for our one night in sydney.the staff were very helpful and curtious.the valet parking was a wonderful surprise,they were gentelmen taking our bags to and from our car.we will be telling our friends about this lovely hotel and it is walking distance to all the great sites in sydney.

Lots of shopping opportunities at every corner.

we were hoping for a balcony room but apparently this is not guaranteed however we enjoyed our stay. find staff pleasant and helpful.

Decent three-star hotel

This hotel is centrally located if you love cheap, good eats and Forever New (like I do)! The only downside was that I was given a room on the first floor next to the monorail line. But since I was only staying a night, I decided to just go with it. The noise was minimal, and I could sleep throughout the night even though I'm a light sleeper. I also liked the fact that, due to a promotion, I got this hotel at a cheaper rate compared to an ensuite room in YHA! The room, albeit shabby, is certainly larger and more comfortable than the rooms at a hostel.
