My stay isn't as good as I thought. I knew that I had to pay for the internet access (wifi) in the hotel, so I did via my mobile after my first call to the reception confirming on some info. Then when I want to use the wifi on my laptop, I was not able to. I called the reception and was told that I had to pay because it's per device. Which means I have to spend charge (2 days) on both mobile phone and laptop. I couldn't find the information on the website as it's only asking us for "per unit" (meant for the number of days), nothing about per device. I was very upset and tried to talk to them to allow me to use on both of my mobile and laptop, but the receptionist said No. A few min later, I called again and wanted to speak to the Duty Manager. The receptionist (another person) knew what happened, and immediately waived off for the usage of my laptop, which means I have to pay AUD 44 for both mobile and laptop only.

Check in was fast and efficient, and the room was large and spacious. Shower was large and always had hot water, with wonderful Lemongrass soap - an unexpected bonus! The location is in the heart of Pitt Street CBD so always had food and entertainment around, will DEFININTELY be staying here again, - thanks guys!!!!

Great- except for no clean towels & toothbrush

Only one complaint but worthy of mention. Our room had dirty towels on the floor and no clean ones.We had to get clean ones sent to the room and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste , no razor! very strange that when we requested this we were told that you dont provide these items in the price yet the cleaning lady gave us a toothbrush and apologised for not having anymore of the products left.Then we were given a $6.40 discount on breakfeast .Would we come back,YES but would inspect our room before accepting it thank you
