The deal offered by Agoda was fantastic!

The only thing that we didn't like was the room service. They seemed too busy when we ordered breakfast (it took almost an hour). They also knocked at our door at 10 PM to clear the food trolley after dinner (despite having the DO NOT DISTURB) sign on.

Great 5 star hotel with international standards
Location close to The Rocks, Great view of the Sydney harbour and Opera House; Excellent buffet breakfast with the best variety.

Our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel was excellent. The staff were all very polite and attentive, the view from our room was beautiful, and the food at the buffet breakfast was great. The hotel feels luxurious and up to its 5 star international standards. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This is my birthday treat from my partner, we enjoyed the fully equipped gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna room. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room can look to the Opera House, and it's the best when Vivid Sydney is going on. We had drink at Blu Bar on 36, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the staff were very polite and can give us a window seat on request even we didn't make any reservation.

Great & central location but nothing amazing

Stayed for three nights and the location is very central. Close to restaurants, the historic Rocks area and Circular quay. Hotel is nothing amazing for the price and typical for that standard. Rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms. Rooms near the lifts can be noisy as you hear the lifts in the lift well. Shower pressure isn't very good and varies between hot and cold. Overall enjoyed our stay there but would probably stay elsewhere next time.
