Good location, easy hotel parking access, great public areas. The best was very comfortable
The smallest 5 star hotel room and ensuite I have experienced in Asia Pacific. The phone system was not working properly
I booked this hotel as it was close to the restaurant that I was taking my wofe for dinner. Whilst the standard of the hotel is fine, given the size of the room and ensuite I would not stay here again, unless it was the only hotel available in the city.

Convenient location, very close to Circular Quay.
It is a nice hotel with convenient location. I would recommend you to choose this hotel when you are travelling for vacation or business.

Good location, not far from the Opera House.
The bed is very smell and doesn't have bed sheet in between duvet and the bed. Service was very slow. Room is super small.
Our bed doesn't have the bed sheet (the one between duvet and the bed). I noticed that late night already after we went out. The bed sheet, pillows, duvet and dawn are really smell. We had hard time sleeping. We called for changing a new pillow coz my husband has bad allergy, we called at 10 pm, they said they will bring a new pillow for us. We called again at 10.30 pm then we got new pillow at 10.40pm . We shown the bed to a bellboy who bring us the pillow. He confirmed that it should have another bed sheet, he was in shock to see that it was not. We already tired so it is ok. we don't want to change to bed sheet now. He said to mention that at check out. The next morning we check out. I was going to mention it but the agent when she saw us, she said "Checking out?" and that it. She didn't greet us or ask us anything else at all? She didn't say "Good morning" or "How are you" or "How is your stay?" at all. We was surprised but at the moment we just want to get out of the hotel. We will never go back to that hotel again. There are other hotels that have to same locations. Choose other hotels might be better.
