Rooms are big and clean but Internet was BAD
Clean rooms and nice staff, but internet speed is VERY slow even if you have paid for using the internet service.

We upgraded to the Club service and this was a very good idea. Everything was perfect, friendly staff, good food and drinks and a nice room. One small remark is the furniture in the room. It is time to replace it.

An excellent and very enjoyable stay. The only thing that detracted from the experience was the 15 minute wait to be served at the bar on the Saturday night.

Corner room triangular shaped with small window

After an overnight flight we came earlier than check in time so had to wait for a room and was given an oddly shaped corner triangular room. The window was also quite small and looking out to nowhere. The bed was comfortable truly. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of delicious food. The parking fee though is very pricey it cost me almost 100 dollars for 2 days. Free city bus stop very near hotel, a great advantage.

I had a back to back booking and stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. After the first night, we found the bed too soft and asked the staff to put a bed board on the bed. The did put in a bed board but the board was placed under the mattress. This does not make any difference to the softness problem. One of the glass in the room was broken but never got replaced.
I don't think the hotel deserved a rating more than 3 stars.

Not as good as I expected

The hotel's location is good for business as it is located at the CBD. Some of the staff are friendly but not all. I had two consecutive bookings so I stay in this hotel for over 5 nights. The room makeup was not a 5 star hotel (at most a 3 star type). One of the glass was broken on my second day and was not replaced until I checkout.
