Very nice hotel but EXTREMELY disappointed with having to pay $25 for WiFi access. A hotel of this quality should have that included in the room price. We have stayed in many 3rd world countries that provide this service for free....why would they be trying to take so much money from travellers who often need internet access. Ridiculous, and would prevent me from ever staying there again or recommending it to anyone else.

The room key stopped working a few times and to go back to reception 3 times. It is not close to any restaurants. The Spa did not smell very good and was not hot enough.

This is an airport hotel, right? A room for one night. My flight left at 6am which meant no shuttle bus. It's an airport hotel, for heaven's sake. The shuttle should be 24 hours. No breakfast (it started too late) but no reduction in fee for no breakfast of course.
My advice: find a hotel in the city instead. At least there's something to do instead of strolling around freight depots. The other airport hotels are even worse. Please hurry up and build a world class hotel inside the international airport if Sydney wishes to be taken seriously as an international destination.
Your next question doesn't allow for the possibility of using the hotel to get to the airport and not vice versa.

Adequate. For the cost of the room I would have expected a free shuttle bus from the airportand not a charge of $12. This was not made clear from the booking web-site. Also it was dissapointing that the hotel charged extra for paying by amex.
