Elevator takes to long!!
The hotel is very close to darling harbour. Easy to walk to all the nice spots. It is unfortunetley also the casino of sydney which makes the hotel a busy place. The ekevators are always very busy!Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes.
Restaurant Tip : a lot of restaurants at booth harbour sides

Great views of the city and West Sydney. Very close to Darling Harbour and tourist attractions. Lovely rooms and great service
An error in my booking and having to return to reception numerous times to have room cards reactivated due to booking issues.
Star City Casino offers great entertainment, restaurants and close proximity to major tourist attractions. The room was very clean and well maintained. The service was fantastic except for the continued errors with my booking on the computer system. This resulted in me being classed as checked out after the first night and then again after the second night hence my room card did not work and I had to go back to reception to work it out. A bit annoying. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Hotel Feature Tip : Utilise the pool and gym - they are well worth the effort.
