friendly staff, super comfy bed

stay was good, tv channel selection was disappointing though. tv also makes a strange sound whenever changing channels. the room was big, bed was comfy and big, bathroom clean. internet costs AUD 15 per day, no free wifi. breakfast had a good selection and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is near townhall station. if you want to eat breakfast outside, selections are available in the foodcourt right below Myers (which is beside Swissotel).

Sleeping on cloud in the middle of heaven
Comfortable, spacious & centrally located

My room was spacious and clean and the bed so soft like cloud. It gets even better. The hotel is located next to QVB, Westfield, Zara, Myer and David Jones.
