A reasonable price for food & drink
When we arrived at 8 a.m. after travelling for 24 hours, we were very pleased to find our room ready. The staff at the reception desk & the concierge were extremely helpful - they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The few times we had to call housekeeping, they were at our room with the requested items instantly. The room, itself was modern and nice.
Shopping Tip : A large shopping mall with several floors underground in the Victoria building is virtually under the hotel.

Good Location, friendly staff, nice room, clean bathroom.
When I stayed at this Hotel, there was some renovation behind the Concierge area. It was so noisy.
In overall, we are quite enjoy and satisfied staying at this Hotel.

Nice view, good location, big bed, powerful shower.
The room was very cold despite asking to have it fixed several times, the service was a little slow, and extras were very expensive ($18 is too much for one load of laundry).
It wasn't a bad experience but I was expecting a little more for the money and I felt like I was being nickel and dimed a bit too much, even for a hotel. I wouldn't avoid the hotel but next time I'll probably use a different place.
