stay was good, tv channel selection was disappointing though. tv also makes a strange sound whenever changing channels. the room was big, bed was comfy and big, bathroom clean. internet costs AUD 15 per day, no free wifi. breakfast had a good selection and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is near townhall station. if you want to eat breakfast outside, selections are available in the foodcourt right below Myers (which is beside Swissotel).

Sleeping on cloud in the middle of heaven

My room was spacious and clean and the bed so soft like cloud. It gets even better. The hotel is located next to QVB, Westfield, Zara, Myer and David Jones.

Welcoming
The location was right in the heart of the city. The way the Staff made you welcome and also the quality of the room.

We stayed overnight as we were going to a show at the State Theatre. From the time that we arrived at the Hotel till the time that we checked out the level of service was of the highest quality. We would not hesitate to stay here again it was wonderful.

Very good. We have stayed in many hotels in Sydney, and used to live in the city. Swissotel is very central, I never had to wait more than two minutes for a taxi (can be a nightmare in Sydney) it's in the middle of the shopping district, the shows and plenty of sights. The hotel itself hosts many functions, but the guest are always looked aftere fine and all I can say is it was the easiest, best hotel I have stayed at in Sydney. luxury? Maybe not, by some standards but I did not want for anything, which is something I have not been able to say for a long, long time. Definately my choice next time.

We only had approx 1 hour in room that wasn't sleeping as a one night busy Sydney stay but we will stay again and enjoy the hotel next time. Very enjoyable.
