Situated in centre of sydney in front of hyde park with fantastic views. Roof top pool was a bonus. Spacious, clean room. Excellent staff and very good food.
Prepare to wait for your room if you are early for check in, parking could be cheaper but convienent as in sydney centre.
Very good experience at sydney centre. Hotel situated in front of hyde park and hence even if one forgets the actual address, it is next to a landmark. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good food and central location. Prepare to wait for a room if early to check in and car parking expensive, but convienent.
Travel tip : If only visiting sydney centre and tourist attractions, dont rent a car. Instead take the train from airport and then taxi to hotel. You may also walk as it is only about 10 min walk from central station.

This hotel is ideally located to go anywhere around Sydney, whether you are walking or using public transport. Its still quiet and by a beautiful park.
There are a range of room types which are not confusing when you book, and you get what you pay for they also have the room size and view on the website. They have windows that open to allow fresh air in which is a bonus. Fantastic corner bath in a nice big bathroom.
Some furnishings in the room were a little dated.
No bathrobes or newspapers.
We booked this hotel for the location, price and reputation. It was a special occasion holiday and we were upgraded on our check in to an 18th floor room which was a nice surprise. The room was quite big with a great view over East Sydney. No bathrobes in room but we were given these upon request. Checked out the facilities pool, gym etc all very clean and well equipped. Stayed 4 nights and our room was immaculate every time we came back in the afternoons.
Travel tip : 2mins around from the hotel into Oxford St there is a convenience store (IGA) for fruit, water etc, and also a little bottle shop a minute away on Liverpool St. For great shopping just start on Oxford St and it takes you all the way into Paddington.

Overall good price hotel with a kitchenette, which saved us some money on meals. Room was clean and service was prompt.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early morning after an international flight and a room was ready early for us to check in.
The Location is opposite Hyde park which is a great location. We had a room with a view over Hyde Park and of the Central Business District which was a really nice view. Not too far away from everything
Internet is expensive at $30 per night.
