Noisy location, small rooms, bed bugs

Service was sub par, extremely noisy until 6am in the morning, small room with extremely small bathroom. Both my partner and I were bitten extensively by bed bugs. Will not be staying again.

Good location for sight seeing, since it is close to train station with access to Town Hall. The room is quite spartan with just the basics. No complaints about cleanliness of room and washroom.
Location is quite noisy on weekend due to street party/bar scene. WIFI did not connect in room, and had to go to lobby to use.
Nightlife Tip:
This is a great hotel if you are in your late teens or early 20's, since there is a lot of night life activity on the street.

the hotel is quite new, so the rooms and the facilities are still in good conditions. the only thing is that the rooms are pretty small. i was expecting a medium size hotel, when we got there we were quite surprised to see the size of the hotel. but then again, i don't really mind because the location is perfect, the staff is quite helpful and there are a lot of restaurants/bars you can go to at night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Since it's close to the train station. If you feel like going for a sight seeing or exploring the city, I would suggest you buy a Day Pass for the transportation. It can be used for trains, buses, ferries and light train. It's quite worth it to spend AUD20 for a day pass. You can go anywhere you want within the city and ride as many times as you'd like.

Hotelmis quite nice! Food is missing! Is the evening little bit noisy! Check in time for overseas guest to late! Location for nightlife and sight seeing perfect!

They provide a pantry at the lobby of the hotel for guests to use which is helpful. Hotel staff are friendly & I would recommend to stay for the price that you pay for.
