Good loation. Great room - nice decor, great bed, good water pressure. Maybe just clarify to visitors the process to have your towels replaced. The Hotel location was brilliant, very convenient being opposite the Wynyard train station. The young lady at reception was fabulous, the greeting upon arrival made us feel really welcome. Our room was very well presented, but the cleaning of the room was not quite as expected. Thought the towels would be replaced if left on the floor on 2nd night. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would definately recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

Location cannot be beat, the conceirge service is awesome, the bed is most comfortable. The rooms are dated, and not the cleanest. This hotel is located accross the street from the Wanyard train station, which allows easy access to the airports and all of the sights that you might visit while in Syndey. The location cannot be beat as you are within walking distance to the quay, shopping and many restaurants. They have an internet area in the hotel that was always neat and tidy and it was always open. The pool, spa and gym area also were very well kept. As a Canadian the one thing that really sucked was the non existence of ice machines. We had to call the front desk for ice and it was not always delivered. But if you want convenience, not luxury than I can safely recommend this hotel.

i like eveything in that hotel. good service, clean, comfortable and nice area I really liked that hotel. The services there were perfict and the room was clean and comfortable and I also felt happy because of that hotel and hole the travil. The bar was romantic with the piano sound and the people work their always smilling. I hope if I could visit that hotel again. Thank you Agoda to make it easy for me.
