it was good enough for my needs and reasonably comfortable. very clean and well appointed. perhaps not what i usually expect from the sebel but good enough! very close to shopping center across road so that is handy and the area around it has all one needs in an inner city suburb.

Easy reservation, meet with a helpful receptionist who provided a trouble free registration.
One bedroom suite was large, complete with kitchen, laundry and a very large outdoor balcony. furniture was adequate however kitchen had only limited cutlery etc.
Clean and tidy with easy access to a major shopping precinct across the road.
On site parking a bonus

Lovely Hotel, with great location
was close to the shopping centre and amentities

When we arrived the staff were freindly and helpful we were shown to our room. unfortunately the room smelt of cigarette smoke, on contacting reception they promptly moved us to another room and provided the additional sofa bed for my neice and her boyfriend at no extra cost, and were very good with towels and extra stuff so we could al use the spa, we had a lovely stay.
Travel tip:
wonderful Spa in the hotel which was very relaxing after a long drive.

We booked this place 2 weeks for holiday. The location is good, it's in the centre of Chatswood and only 5 mins walk from the station. However, the service is very disappointing. The towel is dirty and so does the bad sheet. Also, it is shocking that they impose charge on using wifi and safe box. In the rest of the world, free wifi is pretty standard for a hotel (even though no free wifi in the room but the lobby would have free wifi). The safe box costs AUD2 per day to use it, it's not a big number but it just cannot justify why I have to pay for this basic facility in a hotel room. It is so called a four stars hotel/service apartment, however, to my opinion it basically provide very minimal service and facilities. Very disappointing stay.
