The room furnishings were tired looking, washer not functioning properly, some dishes not clean, one elevator broken over the entire stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I specified soy milk but none was in the room. Also only 1 small milk for two people. Would have been nice if I was told that I needed a deposit for our stay! To come up with $250 with no notice was not easy!!!!!!!!!

Great Location - Small Rooms

Train station is just next door. Circular Quay is a 10 min walk. Food eateneries is all around. The hotel itself is decently clean. The rooms are a bit small though but if you are in for a short stay and out travelling most of the day time, it should be manageable. 2 rooms share 1 butroom and it not attached. The dryer in my unit was rather old and was faulty. I had to call the maintenance and it worked after that. Nice view of the city.

Hotel has many tour brochures that you can select a tour.

Enjoyable - good place to start a holiday. The pubs and restaurants in the area are great. Circular Quay is nearby and handy to explore Manly and the harbour. The shopping is not far away. There is nowhere to eat at the hotel but plenty of options nor far away. A comfortable stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Rocks area is nearby and great for its history and lots of activities.
