A no frill hotel without services

If you have an option around this area with similar price, I would suggest you not putting yourself into this hotel. We arrived at 11am at the hotel and was told to come back at 2pm for check in with no mercy of my tired and heavily pregnant wife and a 4 years old daughter after an exhausting of 9 hours flight.
Came back at 2pm and waited for another 30mins for room readiness. If you're traveling with many luggages worst still and be prepared to lug all those heavy bags yourself to the room along the tiny corridor. Requested for kettle replacement took almost 4-5hours after few reminders and hangers request is totally ignored by the reception eventhough has been promised delivery.
Double bed is utterly small and comfort level is as bad, overall I'm not totally disapointed on this hotel chain and the amount paid for 10 nights here.
Nightlife Tip:
A pub opposite the hotel, weekend is noisy with drunkards laughing and yelling on the street. Sound proof of the hotel is equally bad.

Smallish rooms but more than adequate when it's just some where to sleep. A couple of streets across from Pitt st so you can't get lost and are reasonably central to china town, the cross or mid city.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was a very busy hotels. A lot of young travellers, groups...... however, they still provide very good services to its customers. At first, I booked a twin room and thought it would be big enough for us with a 11 years girl as we always do in other hotels. Then, the receptionist told us the beds are very small and let us have 3-bedded bedroom. Thank yor your kindness. We stayed happily.
The room amenities is good with plenty of coffee and a pack of milk. A mini kitchen with a microwave is also good for making smiple food. The only problem is the bathroom. Only a curtain to cover the bath area which makes everywhere wet once you bath. This is the only thing I dislike.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take one day to Blue Mountain try the Scenic Pass, wounderful experiences. If you do not a lot of places, just the Scenic World and Eco Point, No need to buy hop-on and hop-off day pass. A bus no. 686 is an express bus only costs $2.1 for adult and $1 for child.
Don't buy the funday pass through vending machine on weekdays and it would be able to use on the coming sunday. Buy it from other places, like 7-11 on weekdays is OK for the coming sunday use. It is strange.

Fantastic Location
Close to Train (Subway/MRT) Station. Clean Room with Tea/Coffee making facilities.

Very pleased with the location and can be reached by Train from the Airport. When getting out of Museum Station take the Liverpool/Elizabeth Street Exit. It is about 5-8 minutes' walk. The staff at the Reception are friendly and can assist in Tours Bookings. Good job by Housekeeping. Particularly pleased with the Safe Box in room.

The hotel is in a Good location, close to the Free hop on hop off bus service, China Town, where we could eat an array of food from many countries , Darling Harbor area, where we could visit many sights and continental restaurants , mono rail and many attractions.We could walk to Kings Cross, and the city area.
The Staff were helpful and efficient.

24 hour Coles down the road.
