Great location but very busy and sometimes noisy

the room was extremely quiet, however the guests were overwhelmingly chinese tour groups who were very noisy at night (until 9:30) and also at the breakfast restaurant. the service is excellent. the room was very well cleaned each day. the staff were extremely friendly and polite and helpful. the room was very comfortable. the bed was excellent and the decor appropriate.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the road there is a pub. It is a great venue to have a quiet beer in downstairs, but the kitchen upstairs is brilliant - good, big, low-cost meals, including delicious soup and cheap steak. There is also a lounge bar there too. Recommended.

Value for money. Great Location. Is near to Paddy's market, Chinatown. At Chinatown, just opposite Paddy's market. Have a bakery shop sells hot custard puff, long queue but is worth queuing up. Thumbs up!
Shopping Tip:
Paddy's market sells cheaper things compare to street shops.

Comfortable Stay

Our stay in Travelodge was ok. It wasn't the best, but we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are nice and clean. It was spaceous, and the lighting was ok. It doesn't really feel like we are staying in a budget hotel.
What I like most about Travelodge is the location. It was situated in the heart of Sydney. A lot of the nice places in Sydney is walking distance from the hotel (depending on how much walk you want to do). Most tour agencies know the hotel so they know where to pick you up or drop you off after every tour.
Definitely an excellent choice for people who want to have a comfortable stay while on a tight budget.

Great Location near to china town

the location is near to city area and near to china town, paddy market. Value for money. about 20mins walking distance to 'The Rock'. Easily can find grocery shop nearby, quite convenient.
the first day of my stay, found a 'blood mark' on the hotel hand towel. overall the hotel room is clean.
not much choices on the TV program. The pantry provided is quite convenient (although it's small)
Overall, it's value for money, but the cleaniness need improvement.

" Nice hotel and strategically located"
Clean and well-equipped with basic necessities, the staffs are so friendly and helpful, centrally located to key places dowtown.

When we arrive in the morning, we were cordially greeted, and our begs were attended to for safe keeping. Move-in an hour earlier as the rooms were ready. Made a cup of coffee and did a bit of ironing. The room was cute, clean and have all the basic facilities even a iron board. This was my second stay in the hotel and will be my choice for my 3rd. visit to Sydney

Good Location, comfortable Room
Clean and comfortable room. Good location to Tourist spot like the Darling harbour, Paddy's Market

Impressive Check in area, Modern and clean look.
The receptionist at the check in counter was not really friendly, and her face was not something that you would like to be greeted with after a long travel to reach Sydney.
Parking facilities availability was a feature of the Hotel that attract customers, but it was not free and it is located 5 mins away, It was disappointing and not expected. And not properly explained to me by the counter staff. Perhaps, Agoda.com should state clearly that the parking facility provided by the Hotel was not free!
The room was good, comfortable and the small Kitchen provided was useful to prepare food, in case we want to have meal in the room.
The Location is good with 10 mins walk to Darling harbour, Paddy's Market.
