Great location
Very near to Darling Harbour

When we checked in, the counter staff serving us with long and dark face.
The hotel room is acceptable, but the bed is soft.
Location is acceptable, 10 min to 15 min walk to china town, 5 to 7 min walk to train station.
For a budget hotel, this is ok

this the third time i have stayed at this hotel so that supports my previous comments.the service has always been efficient and met by pleasant staff. do i need to complete this review each time i stay? i will certainly report if there is anything negative.
in the meantime i will continue to use this well appointed hotel.

It is value for money. Just one thing which is their unfriendly staff. They tend to have no patience to visitors. Even when we ask them to repeat what he had said(due to strong accent), he repeated unwillingly.
Room wise, it is good. Good location, near to Museum Station / Hyde park.

bed was very firm (far too hard for my liking, hardly slept). the breakfast was a bit bland but plenty of it. little bit further out of the city than i thought, but still walking distance to trains and amenities

Room was very nice and comfortable, location was excellent and was a great value. Would stay again, service was excellent as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk to chinatown is 10 min away to try some great food.
