Friendly staff.
Well appointed room even our visitors complimented
the room.
Resteurant on site.
Had a room at front on highway a bit noisy as we come from a country area. 2MTR height restriction for on site parking.
Hi My wife & i stayed 1 night at the Urban as it was in walking distance to our St Leonards appointment. It is a well appointed & clean establishment with friendly staff. As our vehicle is over 2mtr in height we had to park on the road outside in a 1 hour parking zone.

my husband and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend to celebrate our 23 rd wedding anniversary.
We booked the hotel online when we landed in sydney on the friday night. the rooms were comfortable with modern decor and all the required facilities including wireless internet and foxtel and a fully equipped gym. we found all the staff friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : took the train to the rocks and then the ferry to the zoo. a very well organised public transport system easy to use and convienient

It was a nice place, and good as I thought. It is very similar to the picture in agoda website. The place is quite special, I like the interior design and room design as well. The only thing is my room is close to one of the main streets, it was not quiet enough to sleep. Anyway, I had good night. Agoda helped me choose a nice place.
