Solo travelers South Korea, September 24, 2012	Great location comfortable rooms Good location 7 room was comfortable and clean. staff were friendly and helpful didn't provide much info about getting around not sure jf they assumed we knew but some advice about where to catch bus train etc would have been good. even better if there was some info about transport restaurants etc in a book that they usually leave in the room.

Price is very reasonable. Hotel is dated and somewhat worn. Our bathroom was sink, vanity area was TINY. Overall okay, but probably good value for price since Sidney is a very expensive city. Restaurant Tip: Indian restaurant around the corner is pretty good, decent price, and free internet access which the Vibe doesn't have for guests

Couples Singapore, September 13, 2012	great location and service walking distance to the malls, rail station, the rocks and other attractions 7.3 relatively new hotel with decent sized rooms. location was excellent. walking distance to eateries, malls and other attractions. less than 5 mins walk from museum station. very pricey wireless plans. no free wireless even at the lobby. can get pretty noisy due to the ambulance and rails.

Business travelers Australia, September 11, 2012	Inconsistent Customer Service Nice room 6 i stay at this hotel often for business training (sadly) - i pray they move elsewhere in the not too distant future. there are extremes of customer service from extemely rude to welcoming and very helpful. are the staff aware of their mission or at least what culture is and how to wow customers? it's not like we want the world, perhaps a smile - i walk to collect my keys 5 minutes early to be told 'wait for 10 minutes, it's not 2 o'clock and your room isn't ready' (it's 5minutes to) and then you watch customers walk to the counter, the staff look and then walk hurredly away looking in the other direction. reminds me of fawlty towers. i stopped on the way out the main entrance to help a lady with all her bags and she said 'you are the only one that has offered help' i can only imagine what the owner or managers attitudes must be like to breed a 'stinky fish' - if the leader is healthy and communicates pride and gratitude to the staff - you have a healthy fish. and if the fish head is not communicating or at the helm of the ship... then stinky fish syndrome. everything is off! sitting at a function in western sydney and i mentioned how bad the service was at a sydney hotel while i was training and the person sitting next to me said - oh you're talking about the vibe - how's that for a hell yes. google zappos. the world is changing and we are about 'happiness' - know how to deliver that and you will have the key to extraordinary living and my stay will be loyal and enjoyable. Hotel Feature Tip: Book early to get a good price - others the room cost doesn't match the service or room quality.

Business travelers Taiwan, September 08, 2012	Perfect experience Close to Hyde park and the museum station 10 i stayed at vibe hotel a week. the hotel is lose to hyde park and the museum station. it is easy to access all of the famous location in sydney. highly recommend the curve restaurant. though the price might be high to others, it is worth to have a tasty breakfast in curve. the internet service is very expensive, but it is quality and stable. vibe hotel should think about some special deals for those internet heavy uses who stay more than 3 days. anyway, vibe hotel is an option in sydney.

The room is quite small even if I have booked Standard Queen, thought will be bigger. After mid night the street still very busy and disruptive. The front desk staffs is quite rude during check in and check out. However, there is a staff called Sarah (USA) is exceptional one, she is very polite, patient, helpful and professional.

Families with young children India, September 05, 2012	Good Hotel in Good Location Location 8.3 We were asked for queen bed. but obviously the reservation staff given us a twin bed but never inform us once check in we called them and they sent room service to join the bed and said its the king bed now... huh... the reservation staff is not at all friendly with the tight face and never pay a smile to us ..she is so rough in handling all the travelers in the counter. Even though we had arrived early and requested early check in she put us to wait from 11am to 2pm in the reception with our small baby after she checkd in all the ppl she told us to leave the baggage and come back on 2pm . we are quite un happy with that only ... rest of that is fine... hotel is very good with all the facilities... thanx agoda. Shopping Tip: walk straight ..
