Be careful when you check in

They tried to charge me during my check in. They had my details in system but they did not know booking was via Agoda and they were paid by Agoda, and wanted to charge me. I gave them the proof of payment from Agoda and they accepted it. But during my check-out, they try to charge me again and I had to go through the same process again. Although I managed to avoid being double charged, they did not release the security deposit on my credit card immediately on-line and just gave me a copy of fax request to card company. I am a heavy user of Agoda and I never had this problem with any other hotels. I recommend others to be very careful with this hotel.

The Hotel is in the middle of Central Sydney in a lively area with a lot of good restaurants and bars around it. That said, its quiet inside and easy to work or get a nights sleep.

Very good room and i would stay there again, only drawback is that there were no shower caps available. Toiletries were light on, i suggest taking your own next time, not really equipped very well that way. now that i know this i would stay again but will bring it all with me.

Hotel rooms were decently sized, though slightly dated. Was here when Mardi Gras was happening thus the prices were slightly on the high side. Overall a very comfortable stay, and located near public transportation and shopping area.
