wyndham has become my accommodation of choice in sydney. the proximity to train stations, shopping and of course my business destinations is excellent, and the kitchen is good enough to allow me to cook just the way i like.
the rooms nonetheless are very comfortable and well-appointed. and the service is excellent.

Lovely hotel immediately off the business district

the room was much larger than expected. there was a nice kitchenette with a sitting room. separated by sliding doors was the bedroom and bath. we were very pleased with the room.
if you have business in the central business district, i would highly recommend this hotel. it was a fairly good walk to any of the attractions, yet was close to the train station where you could catch a train every 5 minutes or so to circular quay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the ferry from Circular Quay to Manly for the day, or even for dinner. It's lovely, plus the view of the opera house and bridge from the ferry are beautiful. If you plan to use public transportation (which was very effective and includes the ferry) buy a day pass or multi-day pass to save money.

the rooms feel like a studio apartment. it has a small kitchen as well. well equipped except the safe did not work in our room and they were not able to fix it, which we found slightly strange. otherwise it was comfortable staying here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to bus station, which brings you to Bondi and other locations for shopping or even museums. And cost efficient option to cabs. Although it is also pretty easy to catch a cab outside of the hote. It is not a very busy area.

Ik verbleef drie nacht in het Wyndham halverwege de week en was zeer tevreden met het hotel. Een modern, schoon, goed ingericht appartement met een slaapkamer, die was geweldig, twee aparte klein balkons, aparte slaapkamer, lounge, om te ontspannen, studeerkamer, eettafel en stoelen, 2 tv's, dvd-speler, magnetron, en bestek cookwear, enz. en dat allemaal voor $ 155 ...... koopje! De locatie is voor mij zeer goed.

どこに移動するにしても丁度良いところにあるので最高です！スタッフの対応はすごく良く、特に女性スタッフはレベルが高い。

部屋の広さがとてもひろく、キッチンがついているため非常に使いやすかったです。リラックスできますし、綺麗なデザインがとてもよかったです。あとは、ネット環境が無料になってくれれば言うことありません。

翌朝の早朝便だったので前日チェックアウト、荷物を日中あずかってもらって前の夜ホテルを出ましたが、チェックアウト後にジムのシャワーを貸してもらえました。また、頼んでいたシャトルバスが来なかったのですが、フロントですぐに安いタクシーを予約してくれ、助かりました。また、待っている間に従業員の方からお菓子までいただけました。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
外食が基本的に高く、またオーストラリアには特別変わった料理があるわけではないので、だんだん食事がつらくなってきました。kings cross周辺のタイ料理などは安くておいしかったです。
