Good location

Staff, is just not meet the standard. For example, I was wanted to extend my stay one more night, Front staff (Morning shift) gave me the price a price, on the other hand, (Night shift gave me an even higher price for the same type of room. He said this period is very busy time so we can sell the room up to maximum price "and if you don't want to pay much like that you have to find another hotel".

In my point of view, the room is good and clean, and good location but not reasonable price. It will be good if they can deduct 15-20% of the price. And one more important thing, it is just about staff, they must be in standard that means every staff should give the same informations to every customers. And the staff should be more helpful rather than just sit down and said "I don't know" and point the finger to the board and you have to read it of find it by yourself. Thank you
