Couples Australia, April 08, 2013	Smart, clean well located hotel Staff, room quality, easy to get around 8.7 Spent 4 nights, great location, initially was going to hire a car however the location is central and found we could get around easy via walking, public transport or taxi. Close enough to walk to the ferry terminal for Magnetic Island. Morning walks through the city and Strand, some great restaurant choices next to the hotel. Would stay here again if visiting Townsville.

Couples Australia, March 09, 2013	A very comfortable room with lots of space Location , space, clean 10 Would defiantly stay there again not only as a couple but would also take my kids as it is child friendly and very central you would not need a car because of the location this hotel would also be a perfect permanated place to live. Staff were a pleasure to deal with. And it had many wonderful facilities to use such as a pool
