Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great swimming pool and swimming pool area
Very helpful staff
Free transfers from airport
Free shuttle around the resort
Staff at visitors centre were excellent and suggested cheaper alternatives to the tours. Obviously not working on a commission basis!
Drinking water was charged at $3.50 for a 330ml bottle
Meals were overpriced.
The tour packages were extortionately expensive. It is cheaper to rent a car yourself from the airport and take yourselves around.
Voyages owns all the hotels at Yulara and as a result the accommodation is all very overpriced - the monopoly ensures this. The hotel was clean, but basic. Drinking water is charged at $3.50 a bottle, although you can get it cheaper at the supermarket in the resort. The tours are very expensive and unless you have a car you can spend almost as much on getting to the Rock as you have on the accommodation. It is hard to escape the corporate "Voyages" feel of the place - it felt a bit like a theme park at times. Aboriginal staff were noticeable by their absence...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hire a car from the airport for 24 hours, drive out to Kata Tjuta and take the Valley of the Winds walk - around 7.5km and breathtaking. Carry lots of water and some snacks!

staff friendly, accommodations were clean and sufficient, quiet atmosphere, serene & quiet setting in the Red Center
quiet expensive for one night's stay, food expensive
Although the accommodations, food, and touring were quite expensive the serene atmosphere and pristene setting were marvelous, fortunate to have close access to the airport, glad that efforts are made to respect the aboriginal lands
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : go with the smaller tour group with a guide instead of the "big bus" tour, a more personable experience that way

The hotel has a large property in desert land.
We had a quiet room far behind the hotel and we could have our privacy. It has a nice balcony.
The hotel receptionist could not give us enough information about the area.
We had to walk and carry our lagage for five minutes to our room after check in.
A bulb at the enterance of our room was broken.
We were forced to give a call to room make after 10:00 in the morning to hotel service.
No menu with prices was shown at the enterance of restaurant at the hotel.
The hotel has a large property in desert land ( Yulara resort). We had a quiet room beside a desert dune at far behind the hotel ( need 5 minutes walk ). There is no drive way to the back side of the hotel. The most of rooms has a balcony where you can enjoy your drinks. We heard birds singing in bushes of the dune. We saw far vies of the Ayers Rock at the top of the dune back of the hotel. There is one supermaket and one gas station in the resort.
