Amazing hotel in amazing location
On the beach doorstep, Great food and cocktails

Travelled with a group of friends all in early 30's. Had an amazing time, hotel is literally on the beachfront and organized several daily activities like crab races etc. Easy to get around to other places and resturants nearby if you want some variety.
Nightlife Tip:
Try the fishbowl cocktail ;)

Pleasant Pacific Holiday
The lagoon and bar/restaurant ambiance.

i enjoyed my second holiday at the edgewater as i did the first four years ago. the adjacent lagoon is has a great variety of fish due to the varied sand and coral rock present. the bar and restaurant is situated for a very pleasant view of the lagoon and ocean outside the reef. this time i visited in november and did not see the whales which were present most mornings of my previous stay.
Restaurant Tip:
Enjoy an early morning breakfast scanning the ocean for whales breaching the surface.

this is a nice place to relax and enjoy the time with your partner or your family but a bit boring if you are traveling alone. it is also a bit far away from the city center so you need to take a bus which only runs once per hour (clockwise around the island) or rent a bike or a car.
