Near the airport, very friendly staff, quick service and clean rooms when it rains, some of the alleys get wet and slippery I stayed in Hotel Mercure Nadi for two nights. The transfer coach arrived very late that I had to wait at the parking lot for one hour. However, when I arrived at the hotel, everything was smooth and easy. The reception clerk was very attentive and I was able to be in my room very quickly. The room is clean and very comfy. I had a good rest.

Within a 10 minute drive of Nadi airport
Saturday night meke dinner and show very good Room very basic and dated
We stayed here for 1 night having arrived late on a flight into Nadi airport. The positive was that it was within a 10 minute cab ride from the airport but the rooms were old and tired - glad we were only staying one night. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were both ok.

2 beds - one Queen, one single room exterior door accessible from the outside. there is no elevator/lift. the toilet does not flush well. The shower does not have a door, only a glass wall separating it from the sink and toilet. no bathtub. The taxi drivers outside were very pushy. Nice hotel for the price. Disappointed that the exterior door of my room can be seen from the outside. I booked the room through Agoda the day before and they took 1/2 hour of research to find my reservation. Took another 1/2 hour to find the hotel shuttle bus driver at the airport. He parked his bus at the parking lot and I had to find him. The taxi drivers who sits outside the hotel charge ridiculous prices. He discouraged me from riding the city bus. He said it was unsafe. Wanted to charge me FJ$70 for a tour of Denauro and Nadi town, and wanted to bring his wife. I ended up spending FJ$2.40 on buses. No guided tour needed. You can walk through the whole town within 15 minutes.
Nightlife Tip : Do not venture out walking after dark. Unsafe. streets not lit well. should take taxi after dark, or not even go out. Nadi is a small town and not much to see. full of pollution and very dirty. trash everywhere.

Good, comfortable reasonably priced hotel. Good well priced restaurants nearby especially the Japanese restaurant about 100 meters back towards the airport. Hotel is a little tired but will not interrupt your stay. Good well priced hotel close to the airport and town, Lautaka ($FJ 2.00 by bus) is the place to go as Nadi ($0.70 by bus) is just a town. Buses are great to go anywhere. The hotel has a pool, restaurant and bar. Staff were great and the place was clean. There is free transport to and from the airport and if you plane arrives differently from your scheduled time just get one of the shops to ring the hotel and a mini-bus will be sent. Overall a v good experience.
Restaurant Tip : The restaurants just back towards the airport especially the Japanese restaurant run by a Japanese chef, fantastic food and great prices and an ATM at the petrol station across the road.
