dissapointing

good person on activities desk the guys that manage the watersports were great

reception and understanding of the facility was poor - watch out for the airport transfer fee which is just excessive and no explanation given until it turns up on the bill. Also had an agoda voucher fully paid for in advance but the hotel still put the charge on my credit card - thank you agoda for helping me sort it out - as far as getting from the the airpot is concerned take the free boat into the township and then the free hotel boat back across to the island
