Quiet Hotel but close to the main city

My stay with the hotel was so so..
Room was not ready when we got to the hotel. It took some time for the reception to find out the room availability. Shouldn't the room be ready and set by the check-in time? We had to take out bags down from our car. So the checkin experience wasn't so great.
Room was roomy and clean but still had the smell of paint. Toilet started to flush after the third attempt. Hot water didn't run, but the technician quickly solve the issue.
I have requested for a baby cot as I was travelling with a baby but was not ready in the room. So the experience with the room wasn't so great also.
Private beach was quiet and reserved. This was the one good thing about the hotel, if you'd prefer some peace and quiet.
Location wise, very close to the main city. Saw a lot of people walking to the main city.
The hotel just re-opened after the renovation, but it still needs work.

풍경과 위치 모두 너무 좋았습니다.
멋진 풍경, 수영장, 가까운 해변까지의 거리 넓은 숙소

장점은 충분히 있습니다. 가격대비 정말 좋은 호텔이라는 생각이 많이 들었습니다.
그리고 단점이라면 약간 오래된 건물이라는 점 정도? 그래도 리모델링을 해서 괜찮아 보였습니다.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
괌은 쇼핑도, 관광도 휴양도 되는 곳 같네요. 너무 좋고요..
가족단위시라면 렌트는 필수인것 같습니다.
물론 호텔에서 휴양만 하실거면 호텔에만 계셔도 좋았던것 같습니다.
